Congratulations to our December 2024 pets of the month, Mac and Cheese!
Mac and Cheese are two mischievous brothers who came into our lives when they were about 12 weeks old. These adorable munchkin cats (with a bit of Persian and Ragdoll in their heritage) are now 2 ½ years old and living their best lives. Mac is the super cute laid-back dude who loves his crinkle toy. Cheese, the energetic creamcicle (aka Chee or Chee-Chee), is the high-maintenance, toy mouse aficionado who keeps us on our toes. Together, they make the perfect pair—Mac keeps things chill, and Cheese brings the excitement!
Their biggest challenge was when we brought home their baby sister, Brie (a.k.a. the spicy princess), who is turning 1 this month. The introduction was a slow and steady process, but it was the automatic laser toy that brought them all together! Now, they are the best of friends, with Brie being the “sister from another mister.”
When they’re not busy playing in their favorite cat tunnels or watching lizards outside, you’ll find Mac lounging under the Christmas tree, pawing at us for treats, or Cheese giving sweet slobbery kisses while he sleeps on the nightstand next to our bed. 
Mac and Cheese are also spoiled with the best care from the wonderful team at Tuscawilla Oaks Animal Hospital (TOAH). We can’t thank you enough for keeping our boys healthy and happy and giving them the love they deserve.
