Jena joined Tuscawilla Oaks Animal Hospital as Practice Manager in  late 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in veterinary medicine. Originally from Boston, she still misses the changing seasons but has happily left the snow shoveling behind. She began her career in 2014 and spent several years in specialty medicine, focusing on veterinary dermatology, before making her way back to the fast-paced world of general practice.

At TOAH, Jena is passionate about building a supportive team culture while upholding high standards of client service and patient care. She focuses on strong communication, team development, and creating an environment where staff feel empowered, and accountable to excellence. She believes that a valued, connected team delivers better experiences and higher-quality care for every pet and family.

At home, Jena shares her life with Leroy, her miniature schnauzer and TOAH’s unofficial (but widely accepted) mascot. If your dog attends day-play, there’s a very good chance they’ve already become friends with him!

When she’s not at the hospital, you’ll likely find Jena planning her next trip or out enjoying live music whenever she gets the chance.
