TOAH is now proud to offer house calls!

Before our visit to your home, please read over these important guidelines so that we may better serve you and your pet.

• Our house call fee is $81.50 for any home within 5 miles of our office. Additional mileage fee outside of 5 miles may be applied. This does not include any exams, treatments, or vaccines. An estimate will be presented before any services are rendered.
• Your pet must be confined to a single, comfortable, well lit room and be easily accessible for the veterinarian to examine.
• Please have a working electrical outlet available in the room in case the doctor needs to plug in any equipment necessary for treatment.
• We ask that you do not attempt to restrain your pet during the exam; we will have a technician available for assistance.
• If the doctor cannot examine your pet due to aggression, hiding, etc., there will still be a travel charge of $50.00.
• Payment is due at the end of the house call. We can accept a check or a credit card over the phone to our hospital. Please notate a driver’s license number on any checks written.
